Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be made through our approved booking system or directly with Viva Beauté staff. Clients must be at least 18 years of age for injectable or cosmetic procedures.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee, credited toward your next treatment. Free consultations that are not proceeded with are refunded in full.
Payments & Pricing
Prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated. Full payment is required at the time of treatment.
Medical Disclaimer
All treatments carry individual variations in outcomes. Side effects may include redness, swelling, or bruising. Treatments are cosmetic and not a substitute for medical advice.
Medical Disclosure Requirement
Clients must disclose all relevant medical information before receiving treatment, including:
- Any existing medical conditions or injuries
- Any recent surgeries or medical procedures (within the past 12 months)
- Any upcoming or planned medical procedures or surgeries
- Any current medications, supplements, or treatments that may affect healing or inflammation
Clients agree to notify Viva Clinics of any changes to their health status before each appointment.
Viva Beauté is not responsible for complications, inflammation, delayed healing, or adverse outcomes that arise from:
- Undisclosed medical conditions
- Previous or subsequent surgeries or medical procedures performed elsewhere
- Medical events unrelated to the treatment provided by Viva Clinics
Failure to provide accurate and complete medical information may increase the risk of adverse outcomes and may void eligibility for complimentary review, correction, or retreatment.
Post-Treatment Reviews & Complaints
Clients acknowledge that individual results vary and may take time to settle. Viva Beauté provides a scheduled post-treatment review, typically within two weeks of the procedure, to assess results and address any concerns. Any issues, dissatisfaction, or requests for reassessment must be raised during this review period.
After the two-week review period: Any concerns, complaints, or requests for additional treatment submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for complimentary review, correction, retreatment, or refund. Clients may book a new appointment at the standard treatment cost if they wish to pursue further services.
This policy ensures fair and consistent assessment while recognising that cosmetic outcomes continue to evolve naturally and are influenced by individual healing responses. This policy is also outlined in the consultation and consent forms signed prior to treatment.
